What is it?
Exercise stations are set up to challenge your strength, cardiovascular systems, and flexibility. If you don’t like that exercises, don’t worry! You only have to do it once and then off to the next. Perfect for the person on the go who wants to get their workout done in just 45 minutes. Class is suitable for all fitness levels. Children of all ages are welcome.
